From Burnt-Out Athlete to Holistic Advocate
I know what it’s like to give everything you have—and still feel like it’s not working.
As a former Division I athlete turned wellness expert, I lived the cycle of overwork, burnout, and reinvention. Along the way, I earned a Master’s in Management & Operations, a Law degree, and over 500 hours of holistic certifications—from Kundalini Yoga to Reiki to Ontology.
But what shaped me most wasn’t the degrees or the certifications. It was watching countless gifted practitioners—people with enormous talent and heart—struggle to survive in a system that was never designed for them.
That’s why I created a framework built for us. A way to simplify business, get radically clear on your offers, and connect with the right people—without burnout, funnels, or selling yourself short.
