You’re In —

Welcome to Ren’s Business Builder Lab

You’re officially confirmed for the Ren Business Builder Lab.
I’m really glad you’re here.

This page will walk you through everything you need to know so you can settle in, get oriented, and know exactly what to expect — without needing to keep track of multiple emails.

You can bookmark this page for easy reference.

❋ What You've Just Reserved

You’re enrolled in a 12-week, live, small-group Lab designed to support you through the startup phase of your business — the phase where clarity is built through real conversations, not guesswork.

This is a facilitated, process-driven container.

Not a course. Not coaching on demand. Not hustle-based growth.

❋ Start Date

Your cohort begins on the date you reserved in Calendly.

This first session serves as:

  • orientation

  • grounding

  • and the official start of the Lab

Each lab cohort is limited to 12 participants to keep the container focused and supportive.

❋ Full Lab Flow (At a Glance)

The Lab moves through five phases over 12 weeks:

  • Weeks 1–4: Zone of Impact

  • Week 5: Offer Architecture

  • Weeks 6–7: Messaging Blueprint

  • Weeks 8–10: Cultivate Connection

  • Week 11–12: Business Model Validation

Each phase builds on the last.

Imagine these as the most important 10 weeks for long-term business growth and sustainability.

❋ Live Call Structure

Each week includes two live group calls:

1. Strategy Call

  • Orientation to the current phase

  • Key distinctions and framing

  • What matters now (and what doesn’t)

2. Live Lab Call

  • Bring real questions, insights, and stuck points

  • Live feedback and sense-making

  • Learn from others’ conversations and experiences

All calls are recorded and shared after each session.

You do not need to attend every call live to receive value — but live participation ensures you get the most out of the Lab.

❋ What Happens Next (Important)

Calendar Invites

You’ve already booked and paid for the full Lab via Calendly.

For all sessions:

  • You’ll be added to recurring calendar invites with the email you provided

  • Invites will include the group call link

  • Please check your calendar and accept each invite when received

Because the group is intentionally small, this process keeps things clean and personal.

❋ How to Prepare (Please Read)

There is no homework to complete before the first session.

Before we begin, I recommend:

  • clearing mental space (not pre-planning)

  • coming in curious, not certain

  • allowing yourself to not know yet

This Lab is designed to support clarity through real-time experience — not performance or perfection.

❋ A Few Ground Rules (For the Health of the Container)

This is a confidential group space

  • Everyone is here to learn — not to impress

  • There is no pressure to “have it figured out”

  • Respect the pacing of the process (and each other)

The quality of this Lab depends on presence, honesty, and mutual respect.

One Last Thing

This Lab works best when you let it be what it is.

You don’t need to rush.
You don’t need to be ahead.
You don’t need to prove anything.

Clarity builds — and you’re in the right place for that.

I’m looking forward to working together.

What the 12 Weeks Look Like

The Business Builder Lab moves week by week, building clarity through real conversations, real data, and guided sense-making.

Each week includes:

  • one live Strategy Session (orientation + framing of new concepts)

  • one live Lab Session (Q&A, feedback, working things through together)

You’re never expected to “have it figured out” ahead of time.
Clarity builds as you go.

Getting oriented + learning how to listen

Focus:
Understanding who you’re exploring and how to gather meaningful insight — without selling or pitching.

We’ll work on:

  • forming clear (but flexible) people hypotheses

  • how to approach market research conversations the right way

  • how to ask questions that surface real frustrations, desires, and language

  • how to avoid leading, coaching, or influencing responses

Outcome:
You know who you’re talking to, why you’re talking to them, and how to listen for real signal — not noise.

Week 1 · Zone of Impact

Finding heat + real signals

Focus:
Learning to recognize where energy, urgency, and traction already exist.

We’ll work on:

  • hot vs. cold groups (and why this matters more than “ideal clients”)

  • pattern recognition and “finding heat”

  • building language banks directly from conversations

  • Ren’s Findable · Feelable · Fixable Test

Outcome:
You start seeing patterns instead of isolated conversations — and feel where momentum is possible.

Week 2 · Zone of Impact

Making sense of what you’re hearing

Focus:
Turning raw conversations into clarity you can build from.

We’ll work on:

  • synthesizing and analyzing what you’ve gathered

  • shaping early business direction hypotheses

  • identifying Segment–Offer Pairs (who + what together)

  • organizing your data so it continues to support you throughout the Lab

Outcome:
You’re no longer swimming in notes — you have a clear direction emerging.

Week 3 & 4 · Zone of Impact

Turning insight into something tangible

Focus:
Designing a simple, testable offer based on what people actually want.

We’ll work on:

  • clarifying dream outcomes (in your people’s words)

  • building “no-brainer” offers that feel obvious, not forced

  • simple offer stacks (without overcomplication)

  • Ren’s Offer–Market Match Matrix

  • Ren’s No-Brainer Index

Outcome:
You have an offer you can talk about clearly — and test without guessing.

Week 5 · Offer Architecture

Letting client language lead

Focus:
Building messaging from reality, not marketing formulas.

We’ll work on:

  • anchoring messaging in client pain and desire

  • leading with the dream outcome (not your method)

  • identifying the single core transformation you deliver

  • removing jargon, dilution, and over-explaining

Outcome:
You feel confident describing what you do — and people recognize themselves in it.

Week 6 · Messaging Blueprint

Putting language into the world gently & confidently

Focus:
Testing messaging and offers in real life, without pressure.

We’ll work on:

  • beta testing and beta pricing

  • simple “storefront” setups (nothing fancy)

  • how to invite feedback naturally

  • what to listen for when people respond (or don’t)

Outcome:
You continue getting real data — and useful feedback you can trust.

Week 7 · Messaging → Testing

Finding and staying connected to your people

Focus:
Building sustainable, permission-based ways to stay in relationship.

We’ll work on:

  • permission-based outreach that doesn’t drain you

  • iteration based on what’s landing

  • where and how your people are actually reachable

  • staying visible without performing

Outcome:
You know how to stay connected without burning out or disappearing.

Week 8 · Cultivate Connection

Deepening, refining, and stabilizing

Focus:
Integration, sense-making, and refinement — together.

These weeks are intentionally Lab-heavy:

  • live feedback

  • real-time troubleshooting

  • refining offers, messaging, and connection strategies

  • learning from others’ conversations and patterns

Outcome:
Things feel more stable, coherent, and grounded — not scattered.

Week 9 · Integration & Live Lab

Deepening, refining, and stabilizing

Focus:
Integration, sense-making, and refinement — together.

These weeks are intentionally Lab-heavy:

  • live feedback

  • real-time troubleshooting

  • refining offers, messaging, and connection strategies

  • learning from others’ conversations and patterns

Outcome:
Things feel more stable, coherent, and grounded — not scattered.

Week 10 · Integration & Live Lab

Confirming what works — before you grow

Focus:
Understanding what it means for a business direction to be ready.

We’ll work on:

  • business model validation (what that really means)

  • simple, sustainable business model formulas

  • running the numbers without overwhelm

  • when something is truly ready to grow

  • Ren’s Validation Loop

Outcome:
You leave knowing what’s working, what’s not, and what your growth strategy is — with confidence and no more guessing.

Week 11 & 12 · Validation & Clarity

The Big Picture

This Lab isn’t about doing more.
It’s about building in the right order.

By the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll have:

  • clarity grounded in real data

  • direction you can trust

  • evidence instead of assumptions

  • and a business growth path that finally makes sense (and feels like you)

  • “I didn’t realize how much I was guessing until this process helped me see what I was actually building on.”

  • “For the first time, I feel calm, clear, and confident about my business — not because it’s ‘done,’ but because I finally understand what matters.”

  • “I came in thinking I needed better marketing. I left realizing I needed clarity and to lay the foundation first.”

  • “This was the first time business advice didn’t feel overwhelming or disconnected from who I am.”

  • “I stopped trying to fix everything at once and started seeing the next clear step.”

Any questions?
